DSPIAE Single Blade Nipper

These nippers from DSPIAE utilize a single-bladed design that cuts plastic smoothly and efficiently.

The nipper is produced using specially forged steel that has undergone high-temperature smelting, allowing the Rockwell hardness of the blade to reach a rating of 58-64.  The blade is then carefully polished, creating a mirror-like surface that enhances the smoothness of the cut and improves the comfort of use.

During the development process, the blade was tested to withstand more than 50,000 cuts on a 3mm plastic rod, ensuring longevity of the blade.  The handle was developed with ergonomics in mind, reducing stress on the hand.
